1) Transportation allowances will be based on car used by employees.If the employee have a brand new car,we think that you are sufficiently rich.Thus no hike in remuneration.If you own 10year old car then,we think that you should have a good economical background.Hence no raise in allowances.
2) Coming to the point of annual leave,each employee will receive 104 Annual Leave days a year They are called SATURDAYs AND SUNDAYs.
3) Also We will no longer accept a doctor Medical Certificte as proof of sickness.If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work.
4) For Surgeries and all you will not given permission. As long as you are an employee here, you need all your organs. We hired you intact.You should not consider removing anything. To have something removed constitutes a breach of employment.
