When I moved into north Carolina for my grad school, I was looking for a big apartment. I came across a few holiday houses too. If I had to settle in north Carolina, I would have bought a good beach house for myself. The shore line is awesome and the eastern shore climate is fantastic. I recently found some listings of Wilmington NC Real Estate and I think this is a very good time to invest in real estate. The prices will shoot up soon, and you can make a sale easily, in case you decide not to have all the beach fun. Go, head yourself into some beach house fun.
